We are a small individually owned company and due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on our handcrafted products which have been opened including but not limited to our body butters, lip balms, serums and essential oil collection. Please contact us right away with any concerns with your order. We are always happy to offer a store credit, return or refund on a case by case basis. If an item arrives broken or defective we will be happy to send you a replacement.
